Job Objective
- To ferry officers / staff / guests to and from official destinations.
- To ensure complete, accurate, and on time deliveries of the products to the customers to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Inspect vehicle tires, lights, brakes, fluids etc. to ensure safe and cost effective performance with preventive maintenance in mind.
- Drive passengers or Deliver stocks via the most effective route according to established time frame and policies.
- Maintain communication to the immediate superior during deliveries to ensure any updated instructions are received.
- Maintain a safe driving record free violation.
- Maintain and monitor vehicle maintenance, registration and driving record requirements.
- Keep vehicles clean inside and out.
- Perform occasional warehouse duties. Assist other staff in loading and unloading products.
- Follow company policies and procedures.
- Report to the immediate superior any issues encountered during driving.
- Perform other related duties that are assigned.
