JOB DESCRIPTION
● Maintains customer relationships by responding to inquiries; documenting actions.
● Receive calls for inquiries and booking.
● Entertain and accommodate inquiries for walk-in clients.
● Make requests in the helpdesk for new client names, contractors incentives, item code creation and etc.
● Assist Sales Executives with their bookings & quotations.
● Process transactions of walk-in clients.
● Process pull-out forms needed by Sales Executives and marketing.
● Monitor pending bookings and ask for assistance from SE for updates
● Submit necessary documents for project process deployment.
● Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Graduate of any business-related courses.
- Good verbal and written communication
- Good analytical skills and creative
