Summary
The Office Cleaner and Messenger is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of AGCI’s office premises and assisting with various messengerial tasks. This position plays an important role in ensuring a clean, safe, and professional working environment, and provides logistical support by delivering and collecting official documents, supplies, and other materials.

The Office Cleaner and Messenger is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of AGCI’s office premises and assisting with various messengerial tasks. This position plays an important role in ensuring a clean, safe, and professional working environment, and provides logistical support by delivering and collecting official documents, supplies, and other materials.
Duties And Responsibilities
Office Cleaning and Maintenance:
- Clean all areas of the office daily including workstations, meeting rooms, pantry, restrooms, and common areas.
- Empty trash bins and ensure proper disposal of waste.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the storage areas, play area, and surroundings of the office.
- Monitor cleaning supplies and report low inventory to the Admin and Procurement Officer.
- Assist in preparing meeting rooms and maintaining cleanliness during and after events or meetings.
- Take weekly inventory of groceries and supplies
- Complete weekly grocery haul
- On days when programming or events requires it, prepare meals for staff, community members, and/or clients.
- Deliver and collect documents, payments, receipts, supplies, and other items to/from banks, government offices (e.g., BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), and partner agencies as needed.
- Ensure timely and secure delivery and pick-up and receiving of items, obtaining acknowledgments where applicable
- Assist in filing or submitting government reportorial documents, permits, and renewals under the direction of the Admin Officer or Accountant.
- Run errands for office needs, including purchasing small items or emergency supplies.
- Assist with moving or arranging office furniture or supplies as needed.
- Provide support during office events and activities by helping with setup, materials handling, and post-event cleanup.
- Refill water dispensers, ensure adequate hygiene supplies in comfort rooms, and keep pantry items organized.
