The Clerks will perform the following tasks based on specific instructions and under supervision:
Assist in mass data corrections and updates in Wave or related systems.
Process pending data entries or updates flagged during migration to Wave.
Support the validation, reconciliation, and rectification of migrated records.
Review and correct discrepancies identified in system-generated reports.
Perform manual updates and adjustments to ensure compliance with established procedures.
Assist in generating summary reports or logs of corrections made.
Maintain organized records of completed tasks for future reference or audit.
Deliverables
Timely and accurate completion of assigned manual data corrections and processing tasks.
Reports summarizing resolved discrepancies and highlighting unresolved issues.
Maintenance of an organized log of completed work.
Maintenance of timesheets of activities on a daily basis.
Education
Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
Additional vocational training in administration, data processing, or a related field is desirable.
Experience
Prior experience in administrative or clerical roles is an advantage.
Experience with data entry or use of enterprise systems is preferred but not required.
