The Office Assistant is expected to support the People Operations Lead for Admin and Procurement in terms of office efficiency, both in cost and in environment.
What You’ll Do
Experience in office maintenance, facilities management, or liaison
At least 1-2 years working experienceGood interpersonal skills and customer service
Good organizational skills
What You’ll Need
With at least an Associate Degree on relevant programs
Working knowledge in using Microsoft Office tools and Google Workspace
Basic knowledge on trade works (Carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, etc.) is a plus.

What You’ll Do
- Maintain office facilities in good condition (clean and organize furniture, well-functioning office equipment, well-maintained common areas and meeting rooms)
- Build and maintain good relationship with lessor/building administration and ensure compliance with respective rules and regulations
- Manage and monitor office supplies storage, usage, inventory, and procurement.
- Assist the People Operations team in facilitating office activities.
- Act as a liaison officer in processing local documents necessary for business permits, certifications, or other documentation related to business operations.
- Reports directly to the People Operations Lead for Admin and Procurement.
