Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails.
  • Manage office supplies and inventory.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Maintain calendars and ensure timely reminders for key deadlines.
  • Assist with daily office operations and administrative tasks.
  • Assist with data entry and database management.
  • Ensure the office environment is tidy and welcoming.
  • Address inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Prepare documents and reports as needed.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in the same role.
  • Proven experience in an administrative support role.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience in asset tagging and inventory.
  • Positive attitude and good communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and trustworthy.
  • Preferably male.
  • Willingness to work Australasian shift hours.
  • Willingness to work onsite in Angeles City, Pampanga.
