- Handle billing, client invoicing, and accounts payable
- Coordinate permits and government-related compliance requirements
- Manage supplier coordination and oversee general office upkeep
- Assist with inbound calls and route them to the appropriate contacts
- Associate or Bachelors degree, preferably in Accounting or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in administrative and/or accounting roles
- Familiarity with government benefits and compliance processes is an advantage
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
