Looking for Process Engineer with good experience in Die Attach Process and knowledgeable on EOL processes.
Responsibilities
- Process engineer to handle die attach and EOL process responsible for supporting NPI projects through process CZ (DOE) and/or validation and process improvements.
- Define and implement robust process at die attach and EOL processes for new product through the use of different data analysis tools and adhering to project timing and quality and/or reliability performance expectation.
- Monitor performance of newly released products at die attach and EOL processes hand-in-hand with Technical Leaders.
- Good experience as Process Engineer in Die Attach process and knowledgeable of EOL processes.
- Well-verse in conducting Process CZ/validation through DOE and other tools.
- Good in problem solving techniques (Why-why, FTA, 8D, etc) and data analysis tools (diff QC tools, JMP, etc).
- Quality Conscious and has proactive mindset.
- Good presentation skills.
- Team Player and result-oriented.
- Has sense of urgency.
