SUMMARY: Summary: We are looking for a skilled Non-Voice Customer Service Associate to provide outstanding service to customers through email support. This role requires strong written communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to helping customers with their inquiries, orders, and support needs in a professional, timely manner.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handle and respond to customer inquiries via email with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Assist customers with questions about products, order status, returns, and other service-related issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic customer issues, escalating complex problems to relevant departments as necessary.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions, feedback, and solutions in the CRM system.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and procedures to provide consistent and high-quality support.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • With or without experience in a customer service role; previous experience in a non-voice/email-based environment is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Freshdesk is preferred but not required; training will be provided for candidates willing to learn.
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to articulate responses clearly and concisely.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes and guidelines accurately.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to stay calm and focused under pressure.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


NOTE: This is a project based contract good for 2 months.
