Key Responsibilities
- Embody our brand ethos and maintain our distinctive voice in all customer communications.
- Create memorable experiences and exceed customer expectations through outstanding service delivered via email, chat, and social media channels.
- Translate product information and customer correspondence, including newsletters and lifecycle emails, to support user engagement.
- Cultivate an in-depth understanding of our product and internal systems to assist customers effectively.
- Foster a positive atmosphere in all interactions with customers and team members, contributing to a culture of happiness and collaboration.
- Proficiency in Korean and English, with a strong ability to communicate professionally.
- A genuine passion for assisting individuals with diverse learning curves.
- A commitment to continuous learning, coupled with strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
- Previous experience in a customer service role within a dynamic environment.
- Technical requirements include having a personal computer with at least 8GB RAM, running Windows 10/MacOS 10.12.6 or higher, and a minimum internet speed of 20Mbps.
- Professional-level fluency in both Korean and English.
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a fast-paced setting.
- Availability to commit to a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week.
