Strikingly is actively seeking a Bilingual Korean Non-Voice Customer Support Specialist, also known as a Korean Happiness Officer. Our innovative platform provides a modern, mobile-friendly website building experience designed to empower users and showcase their unique identities.

Key Responsibilities

• Embody our brand ethos and maintain our distinctive voice in all customer communications.
• Create memorable experiences and exceed customer expectations through outstanding service delivered via email, chat, and social media channels.
• Translate product information and customer correspondence, including newsletters and lifecycle emails, to support user engagement.
• Cultivate an in-depth understanding of our product and internal systems to assist customers effectively.
• Foster a positive atmosphere in all interactions with customers and team members, contributing to a culture of happiness and collaboration.
  
  

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Korean and English, with a strong ability to communicate professionally.
• A genuine passion for assisting individuals with diverse learning curves.
• A commitment to continuous learning, coupled with strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
• Previous experience in a customer service role within a dynamic environment.
• Technical requirements include having a personal computer with at least 8GB RAM, running Windows 10/MacOS 10.12.6 or higher, and a minimum internet speed of 20Mbps.

• Professional-level fluency in both Korean and English.
• Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a fast-paced setting.
