Key Responsibilities

- Deliver extraordinary customer service across various channels (email, chat, social media) to both new and existing customers.
- Accurately translate product-related communications, including newsletters and lifecycle emails.
- Cultivate in-depth knowledge of our products and internal tools to assist customers effectively.
- Maintain a joyful and positive demeanor in every interaction with customers and team members.
- Proficiency in both Dutch and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and a positive attitude.
- Familiarity with email and chat support platforms.
- Previous experience in customer support or a related field is preferred.
- Proven ability to connect with customers and provide exceptional service.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
