Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Remote Bilingual Customer Support Representative, also referred to as a Dutch Happiness Officer. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for fostering happiness and creating memorable experiences for our customers through exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Embody our brand and culture in every customer interaction by adopting the Strikingly voice and tone.
  • Deliver extraordinary customer service across various channels (email, chat, social media) to both new and existing customers.
  • Accurately translate product-related communications, including newsletters and lifecycle emails.
  • Cultivate in-depth knowledge of our products and internal tools to assist customers effectively.
  • Maintain a joyful and positive demeanor in every interaction with customers and team members.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in both Dutch and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation and a positive attitude.
  • Familiarity with email and chat support platforms.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer support or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven ability to connect with customers and provide exceptional service.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
