Key Responsibilities
- Embody Strikingly’s brand and personality in all customer interactions, ensuring consistency in our voice and tone.
- Deliver outstanding customer support to both new and existing clients through various channels, including email, chat, and social media.
- Translate our product information and customer communications, such as newsletters and lifecycle emails, to enhance user engagement.
- Cultivate deep knowledge of our products and internal tools to assist customers effectively.
- Foster positivity and a sense of happiness in every interaction with customers and team members.
- Proficient communication skills in both Korean and English.
- A genuine passion for helping individuals with diverse learning needs.
- Strong desire for continuous learning, problem-solving, and analytical thinking.
- Prior experience in customer service within a fast-paced environment.
- Availability for full-time employment (40 hours per week).
- Technical requirements: a desktop or computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM, Windows 10/MacOS 10.12.6 or higher, Core i3/AMD Ryzen 3 or better, and at least 20Mbps internet speed.
- Professional-level communication proficiency in Korean and English.
- Demonstrated passion for customer service and problem resolution.
- Experience in customer service roles is essential.
