What You'll Do
Manage client accounts and ensure timely resolution of inquiries
Analyze account data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery
Provide excellent customer support through various channels
Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to maintain satisfaction levels
Assist in developing strategies to optimize account management processes
What We’re Looking For
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Experience In Customer Service Or Account Management Preferred
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools
