The Non-branch Channel Manager is primarily responsible in developing partnerships from external channels through wholesale, center of influence prospects and online market, cultivating and maintaining profitable banking and credit relationships with external partners and engaging them through recognition, incentives and promos.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Strives to develop partnerships with external channels (non-branch) and formulates programs and strategies to attain business goal.
  • Attends conferences, meetings, and industry events
  • Collaborates with internal and external partners in organizing/attending online/face-to-face events: - For recognition, incentives, or promos for loan referrers under Partners Circle Program; and for marketing/promoting the business banking products, and generating new leads from external channels
  • Cultivates relationships with brokers, dealers, developers, and other external partner referrers.
  • Promotes FARM (online application form) as a primary platform in getting applications
  • Reviews existing policies and procedures of the Partners Circle Program and recommends changes, when necessary.
  • Oversees total performance of the Digital Channel team in order to reach teams sales’ volume target.
  • Assists in the negotiation, packaging, and pricing of accounts when necessary for Digital Channels Team.
  • Provides guidance and support to direct report to achieve target and deliver job requirements.
  • Supervises, trains, and motivates team members to ensure productivity and achievement of KRAs of each member.
  • Works with various internal and external business units (i.e. Marketing, Credit Risk, and IT/Business Data Warehousing, Enterprise customer intelligence, CRM, external research agencies, etc.) to identify gaps, develop a learning agenda, create research plans and design business studies and innovation-focused insight generation activities to enable immediate customer activation, deepen customer relationship through proactive upsell/cross-sell/balance-building/re-availment of relevant products and services, enhance customer loyalty and retention that will contribute to the overall profitability of the BB business.
  • Responsible for generating loan portfolio from customers acquired through wholesale, Center of Influence and online market based on assigned KRA.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any Business or Social Sciences Course
  • At least 3 years relevant work experience in banking operations and selling of different banking products and services
  • Has good understanding of techniques required to generate leads acquired through wholesale and online market
  • Has a good grasp of banking operations and with extensive knowledge of different bank products and services
  • SKILLS: Excellent interpersonal relationship, oral and written communication skills, analytical and presentation
