The NOC team plays a vital role in ensuring that our clients, including both corporate and consumer businesses, receive timely and professional support. Operating on a 24/7 basis, our team conducts shift work to monitor the system effectively.

As a member of the NOC team, you will oversee complex network components and be responsible for network management. A key aspect of this role is Service Management, which involves monitoring the system, identifying alerts, diagnosing issues, and coordinating with IT teams and clients to troubleshoot problems.

Roles & Responsibilities

Supervise the network system and continuously monitor alerts for effective Service Management
Ensure the security and performance of the company's network
Coordinate with third-party providers to secure network products and services
Address tier 2 customer escalations and troubleshoot network issues
Troubleshoot IP services and networks, resolving fault tickets within performance SLAs.
Influence the enhancement and modification of network components
Manage the integration of new network technologies
Maintain network updates on VPN, WLAN, WAN, and LAN
Provide customer support via various channels and communicate service schedules to users
Document incident resolution and problem-solving processes

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of related field experience preferred
Minimum Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
Interest in Internet Technologies and ISP market technologies like routing, switching, and network infrastructure
Willingness to work shifts on a 24/7 basis to support the network system
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with technical proficiency
Prior experience in an ISP environment is advantageous
Professional certifications like CCNP are beneficial
