Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for new property launches.
- Manage and coordinate marketing campaigns across digital, print, and event channels.
- Collaborate with design, sales, and PR teams to create impactful promotional materials.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to optimize campaigns and ensure relevance.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing recommendations for improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate marketing, with a focus on new developments.
- Strong project management and leadership skills.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing, market analysis, and real estate trends.
