- Perform manual encoding of policy data into internal systems via batch upload processes.
- Review and validate information to ensure accuracy and completeness of policy records.
- Coordinate closely with the Operations and Commercial Team to process new business submissions and pipeline requirements.
- Support the preparation, issuance, and maintenance of insurance policies, including endorsements, renewals, and cancellations.
- Handle GTLI-related administrative tasks such as policy setup, updates, and documentation.
- Assist in generating reports and documentation as needed for internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience in insurance operations, policy administration, or data processing is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent data entry and validation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, CRM's and other data management tools.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
