Your Role:

As Associate Planning Manager, you are responsible for driving project momentum. You will lead the QA vertical, with a strong focus on optimizing sourcing strategies, ensuring timely expert delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards across all projects.

You will work cross-functionally with Associate Team Leaders, Team Leaders and Senior Team Leaders to ensure sourcing plans are correctly implemented, blockers are addressed early, and experts meet the standards required by the research team. You’ll play a key role in creative coaching and constantly explore other sourcing strategies and techniques to put in place.

You Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the development and progress of ongoing advisory projects from a QA standpoint
  • Ensure that sourcing strategies are clearly communicated, executed, and adapted per project needs
  • Proactively identify delivery risks (e.g., slow progress, sourcing mismatch, quality concerns) and collaborate with leads to resolve them
  • Conduct reviews of expert profiles and outreach channels to assess quality and strategic alignment
  • Conduct creative coaching sessions to improve sourcing strategy and critical thinking among planners
  • Create and maintain project QA checklists and brief templates to drive consistency across teams
  • Provide targeted support and uplift to teams struggling with complex, high-pressure projects
  • Partner closely with Planning Operations for visibility into project allocation and planner bandwidth
  • Escalate structural delivery or quality issues to Head of Planning with clear root-cause insights
  • Share learnings and best practices across the Planning, QA, and Training verticals to promote collective performance improvement

Your Profile:

  • You have at least 4-5 years of experience within supervisory level in related functions such as expert sourcing, technical recruitment, sourcing, prospecting, leads generation, business development
  • Proven experience in managing in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • You have experience identifying or creating KPIs/metrics to evaluate project performance/task outcomes
  • You have experience working in a strong international and fast-paced environment
  • You have a strong strategic thinking mind
  • You feel comfortable communicating with high-profile stakeholders
  • You have experience in coaching & mentoring a team, and know how to collaborate efficiently
  • You have excellent English language skills (oral and written)
