We seek a highly skilled and experienced Network Manager to oversee our organization's networking infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining reliable and secure network systems to ensure seamless communication and business operations. This role requires network architecture, security, and troubleshooting expertise to effectively support the organization's IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain the organization’s network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, VPNs, and Cisco or Fortinet wireless networks.
  • Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure maximum uptime and efficiency.
  • Manage network security, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and data encryption.
  • Develop, Document, and enforce network policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with IT teams and other departments to support business operations and project requirements.
  • Oversee network hardware and software upgrades, installations, and maintenance.
  • Conduct regular network audits, assessments, and capacity planning.
  • Team Manager and mentor of network Engineers.
  • Maintain vendor relationships and manage contracts related to network infrastructure.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and cybersecurity best practices.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to IT NOC and end users.
  • Prepare reports and documentation on network performance, incidents, and resolutions.

Qualifications And Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Electronics and Communication engineering, Computer Engineer, or a related field.
  • With 6-8 Years of proven experience as a Network Manager.
  • Strong knowledge of networking protocols, systems, and technologies (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VLANs, etc.).
  • Experience with network security solutions like firewalls, VPNs, SD-WAN, and intrusion detection systems.
  • Hands-on experience with networking hardware (Core, SD-WAN, routers, switches, access points, etc.)
  • Deep knowledge of ITSM, ITIL, and IT Asset Management
  • Ability to execute timely projects while maintaining quality
  • Thorough working knowledge of business processes and systems
  • Clear and effective English communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong initiative and creativity applied through technology
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; ability to convey and relate ideas to others
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly
  • Vibrant and energetic attitude, willingness to perform and get results
  • such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent, are preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with cloud networking solutions (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.).
  • Knowledge of scripting or automation tools for network administration.
  • Familiarity with CRM, HRIS, VoIP, and network telephony systems.
  • Understanding compliance frameworks such as PCI, ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA, and others.

Work Environment

  • Full-time position with on-call responsibilities.
  • Full work at site (Ortigas City)
