The primary duty of Business Development Manager for Air Logistics is to drive the growth within the geograhical scope, interface to FU Sales, xBU sales engagement. lead/support product development, lead/support pricing and all solutions under Air Logistic.

Main Responisbility:
Strategic Business Development
- Fully responsible for country volume and yield growth/retention.
- Customer development, FU sales and xBU Sales engagement.
- Undertsand key local market dynamics and react as needed
- Analyze competition and market data to ensure KN understand the key gaps and working with National Air Logistics manager to bridge them the deliver superior/service in the geographical coverage area.
- Speak in local industry forums/exhibitions and wrote press articles
- Responisble to support all the product rollout within the country as per global team direction
- Pricing responsible or support ensure country team follow global direction, meeting set KPI and rollour the process.
- Responsbile for local sustainability topics and support global rollout plans.
- Support Customer Care location setup and ensure we follow global process
- Responsible to monitor country Customer Feedback rool and its feedback with CCL Manager.
- Support escalation and ensure continue to work with CCL/OCC and RCC responsible to improce the overall performance and customer experiences.
