1. Responsibilities and Accountabilities

• 
  Develops concepts, graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites adhering to the company’s branding guidelines
• Illustrates concepts by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts
• Prepares rough drafts of material based on agreed briefs
• Reviews final layouts and suggesting improvements if required
• Liaises with external printers on a regular basis to ensure deadlines are met and material is printed to the highest quality
• Works with a wide range of media and uses graphic design software
• Creates dynamic digital animations or audio-visual presentations that will be used as an advertising tool or for sales presentation purposes
• Keeps abreast with the latest design trends to bring fresh and innovative design ideas
• Creates and install special effects
• Brainstorms with the team on improvement and execution of innovative content efforts
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

2. Requirements

• 
  Must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Media, Fine Arts, or Mass Communications
• At least 2 years of experience in graphic design in a corporate setting
• Excellent design skills and photo-editing software
• Exceptional creativity and innovation
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• An understanding of the latest trends and their role within a commercial environment
• Professional approach to time, costs and deadlines
• Ability to communicate and present ideas
• Good eye for design, layout and detail
