The Company diverts a section of the Frio river through its habitation pools, so that its sturgeons receive only natural water. Because the process is organic, Riofrio sturgeons take around 14 years to mature enough to produce its excelsior quality. Thus, Riofrio caviar is smoother, and less salty with a more delicate flavour. As a result, Riofrio's high quality caviar has become a favourite among chefs and food connoisseurs across the world, and is now available in the Philippines... Only at Terry’s! In line with the company’s strategic alliances with global suppliers, it exclusively distributes the whole range of products carried by The Gourmet Stores of Terry’s. As a value-added service, the company shares its knowledge and offers specialized seminars and tastings on specific food categories and wines at all professional levels. This is the first ever bottle of Macan made by Bodegas Vega Sicilia and Baron de Rothschild. Note that the bottle number indicated as “Estaen la botella No.: 00000”. This bottle was signed by no less than the king of Spain, Juan Carlos I
The Role
Key Duties & Responsibilities
○ Website Blog & Pages — including uploading, formatting, tagging, and maintaining content.
○ Influencers, media, and brand collaborators
○ Marketing counterparts from partner organizations and brand principals
○ Freelance photographers, videographers, and designers
The Multimedia Officer Is Expected To Demonstrate
The Role
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Content & Campaign Execution
- Implement and manage the monthly marketing content calendar in coordination with the Marketing Head and business units.
- Execute daily posting, scheduling, and monitoring across:
○ Website Blog & Pages — including uploading, formatting, tagging, and maintaining content.
- Draft copy for posts, newsletters, and campaign materials in clear, professional English consistent with Terry’s brand tone (warm, witty, knowledgeable).
- Track and report campaign performance weekly and monthly, with actionable insights.
- Multimedia Design & Production
- Design and produce marketing collaterals for digital and print, including posters, menus, flyers, social content, newsletters, and event materials.
- Capture and edit photo and video content optimized for each platform.
- Coordinate with printers and suppliers for production, ensuring timely delivery and quality control.
- Maintain and update a digital asset library (layouts, images, videos, templates, and archives).
- Digital Marketing & Website Management
- Manage social media posting, content scheduling, and engagement monitoring across all active platforms.
- Prepare and send bi-weekly newsletters and SMS text blasts aligned with ongoing Campaigns.
- Execute paid boosts and digital ads, optimizing engagement and reach within approved budgets.
- Upload, update, and maintain website blog articles, product pages, and event features to ensure current and accurate content.
- Coordination & Project Management
- Coordinate with internal business units (Bistro, Retail, B2B, Events) to gather marketing requirements, timelines, and feedback.
- Track project progress to ensure all outputs meet deadlines and standards.
- Provide creative input and propose practical improvements for campaign execution.
- External Liaison & Partnerships
- Liaise professionally with external partners, including:
○ Influencers, media, and brand collaborators
○ Marketing counterparts from partner organizations and brand principals
○ Freelance photographers, videographers, and designers
- Ensure all external outputs meet Terry’s brand quality and visual standards.
- Competitor Analysis & Market Insights
- Conduct monthly competitor scans covering digital, print, and in-store promotions.
- Compile findings into concise reports with visual samples, insights, and recommendations.
- Identify emerging trends, best practices, and opportunities to strengthen Terry’s marketing and creative strategy.
The Multimedia Officer Is Expected To Demonstrate
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy across all creative and operational work.
- High organization, managing timelines, deliverables, and assets efficiently.
- Clear communication and responsiveness across all departments.
- Collaborative spirit in working with internal and external partners.
- Willingness to go on fieldwork or branch visits weekly for photo and video shoots.
- Adherence to Terry’s brand guidelines, ensuring all materials consistently reflect brand tone and visual standards.
- Professionalism, initiative, and reliability while embodying the brand’s values of warmth, hospitality, and quality.
