What You Will Do

  • Lead and Inspire: Take charge of the Managed Service Provider Core Service Delivery team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
  • Be the Bridge: Build and maintain a strong operational relationship with managed service provider to ensure smooth communication and alignment.
  • Drive Strategy: Spearhead the delivery of core banking solution and new sourcing assessments, aligning them with business goals and growth strategies.
  • Streamline Demand Management: Design and implement a demand management process for Home Credit PH services, ensuring efficiency and seamless integration with managed service provider.
  • Optimize Budgets: Oversee the managed service provider budget in partnership with Finance, focusing on cost-effectiveness and resource optimization.
  • Prioritize and Execute: Manage project prioritization and development capacity to deliver high-impact results.
  • Shape the Future: Build and maintain a strategic roadmap for the development and enhancement of core banking solution, ensuring scalability and adaptability.
  • Document and Preserve Knowledge: Ensure comprehensive documentation and deep organizational knowledge of core banking solution are established and maintained for long-term success.

Proven Expertise

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

  • 3+ years of experience in Managed Service Provider Delivery.
  • Experience in hands-on Software Development or Solutions Architecture.

Strong Competencies

  • Previous IT Development expertise in Software Applications
  • Strategic planning and prioritization abilities to lead complex projects.
  • Deep understanding of architecture and IT delivery methodologies.

Stakeholder Savvy

  • Experience in stakeholder management, ensuring alignment and delivering on expectations.

Industry Insight

  • A solid understanding of the Financial Technology landscape, with experience in banking processes.

Analytical Mindset

  • Comfortable working with numbers, analyzing data, and managing budgets effectively.

Ownership And Proactivity

  • A solution-focused approach to managing risks and issues.
  • The ability to proactively identify challenges and implement fixes seamlessly.
