- Proactively manages a portfolio of motor claims for leading Australian companies throughout the entire claim life cycle in close consultation with the client, claims executives and insurers. They are responsible for document management, reporting and ensuring the insurer promptly settles and finalises claims in an effective manner.
- Analyse and respond to the first notification of the claim.
- Identifying files which are to be actively pursued through all avenues of recovery.
- Providing timely and useful advice to insurers and the client regarding claim developments.
- Identifying and obtaining relevant quantum documentation as required within the client organisation.
- Identifying claims at risk of litigation and taking the required steps to ensure the necessary commercially focused steps are taken.
