The ideal candidate is both tech-savvy and client-focused, able to translate complex business requirements into streamlined, scalable project boards and automations. This role requires the flexibility to work across time zones and attend occasional night-time meetings with global stakeholders.

Job Overview

This role requires the flexibility to work across time zones and attend occasional night-time meetings with global stakeholders.
Your Responsibilities
- Build and configure custom Monday.com boards, automations, and dashboards
- Engage directly with clients to gather requirements and recommend scalable solutions
- Collaborate with our international team to ensure consistent delivery standards
- Integrate Monday.com with external tools (e.g., Make.com, Zapier) to extend workflow capabilities
- Deliver client training and create clear documentation to support solution adoption
- Provide ongoing support and enhancements based on evolving client needs
- Occasionally participate in on-site sessions (travel optional and based on availability)
- Minimum 1 year of experience actively building in Monday.com
- Minimum 3 years of experience in workflow implementation using any recognized project or process management tools
- Solid understanding of Monday.com structure, features, and automation logic
- Experience with workflow automation tools like Make.com or Zapier
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Ability to understand and interpret business processes quickly
- Previous consulting or client-facing experience is a strong plus
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Monday.com certification or project management background is a plus
