Your Role

As a Mobilisation Coordinator, you will:

• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding, training, and mobilisation activities in alignment with PARC and client procedures.
• Collaborate with Recruitment and Human Resources to meet project manning requirements.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with PARC leaders, client groups, and candidates.
• Ensure a high-quality candidate experience and maintain privacy in accordance with PARC's Privacy Policy.
• Arrange travel and accommodation for employees and key stakeholders, including flight bookings, changes, and cancellations.
• Review and ensure all compliance requirements are met prior to mobilisation, including pre-employment checks (medical assessments, qualifications, licences).
• Organise site-specific PPE and manage site access arrangements.
• Manage roster and schedule administration.
• Act as a primary point of contact for mobilisation-related questions or issues.
• Support other mobilisation duties as required by the Mobilisation Team Lead.
• Promote and comply with HSEQ programs, policies, and procedures, and participate in training and hazard prevention activities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimise mobilisation processes and manage potential risks.
  
  

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook
• Ability to multitask, prioritise demands, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  
  

Preferred Skills/expertise

• Certificate IV in Human Resources, Business, or similar
• Previous experience within the Construction or Mining industry
• Experience in a site-based administration or mobilisation/coordinator role
• Learning agility and the ability to quickly grasp new concepts
