The MIS Officer is responsible for the successful execution and delivery of assigned enterprise-wide projects, including tracking the status of system changes and maintenance-related requests, while ensuring they align with the bank’s strategic goals and contribute to the overall success of the bank's initiatives.

- Assists the Application Head in developing strategies for bundling products and services to maximize revenue and customer value
- Oversees the day-to-day operations
- Ensures that applications meet the organization's business requirements and performance standards
- Collaborates with IT teams to ensure proper system integration and compatibility
- Participates in application testing to ensure proper functionality before deployment
- Develops and executes test cases to verify that applications meet the required standards
- Ensures vendors meet service level agreements (SLAs) and resolve any issues related to application performance
- Analyzes application data to provide insights and support decision-making
- Maintains documentation for application configurations, updates, and processes
- Assists the MIS Head in the management of all functions of PTSM (KRA)
- Assists in the measurement of success for each KRA
- Bachelor’s Degree in any IT-related course
- 1 year experience as a project officer, capacity as user representative, information systems auditor or ISG project representative
- Must have experience in KRA and KPI Metrics, Project and Process Management, Incident Management System, Business-IT Alignment, Stakeholder Communication and Product Knowledge
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

- Analytical and Organizational skills
- Presentation skills
- Proficiency in oral and written communication
- Must be able to work in groups with minimal supervision
- Is a fast learner and has good analytical skills
