Our Support Office is a large contributor to the ongoing success of the overall network with almost 100 stores nationally and a large online presence. With Total Tools group turnover in excess of $900 million and an aggressive growth strategy, the Marketing team is integral to the Total Tools Brand & Success.

About The Role

We are searching for a Graphic Designer join our design team to assist in the concept, design and production of digital and print creative campaigns for Total Tools.

If successful you will receive ongoing mentoring and coaching from our Senior designers and have the opportunity to collaborate with a varied range of stakeholders and departments.

Day to day the role involves (but is not limited to!)

• Contribute to layout and creative design of campaigns.
• Design National & Local Area Marketing flyers and point of sale material.
• Develop imagery and templates for eDM's, web tiles and social media artwork.
• Edit/retouch product imagery
• Assist creating digital elements for the website (including mobile/tablet version).
  
  

You Will Be Responsible For

• Applying creative ideas instructed by the Senior Designers
• Applying the brand style guide to different mediums
• Coordinating layout and designing the campaign material working collaboratively with other designers
• Designing and creating elements for EDMs and digital catalogues.
• Creating design solutions for difficult artwork collateral
• Assist designing Local area marketing flyers and additional marketing for stores
• Assist with creating Point of Sale material for our campaigns. This includes coreflutes, bunting, posters, tickets, Tv slides and any other Visual Merchandise needed.
• Helping assist in applying design concepts to different marketing material
• Assist creating digital assets for our website. This includes Webtiles, EDMs, Social Media, digital Ads and any other digital mediums.
• Assist designing Support office material
• Making sure Total Tools brand is being represented consistently across all artwork mediums
  
  

What will you bring to the role?

• Previous design experience
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed targets
• 2-3 year's experience in a busy design studio
• High proficiency using Adobe CC (Mainly Indesign, Photoshop, XD and Illustrator)
• Experience using Figma
• Strong Attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to time manage and prioritise workload as well as follow procedures/guidelines
• Ability to work to supplied briefs
• A good understanding of the print process and knowledge of file preparation for print is desirable
• Formal qualifications in Certificate/Diploma of Graphic Arts or equivalent
• Proven experience in a busy design studio and internal retail design department
• Understanding of After Effects, Premiere Pro, CSS and HTML but not required
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with quick turnover of high-volume work
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments
