In this role, your mission is to build the AI-powered applications that enhance learning for students and educators. You will make a direct impact by:

• Collaborating with designers and product managers to turn innovative ideas into high-quality software.
• Building responsive, high-performance front-end interfaces using frameworks like React or Angular.
• Developing secure and efficient back-end services and databases using Node.js, Python, or similar technologies.
• Improving our entire codebase through active participation in code reviews and team problem-solving sessions.

This Role Is for You If…

Experience

• You have 3+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development.
• You have a solid understanding of the Agile software development lifecycle.

Technical Skills

• You're proficient in front-end tech (HTML, CSS, JS, React/Angular) and back-end tech (Node.js/Python, MongoDB/PostgreSQL).
• You're experienced with version control (Git) and RESTful APIs.

Non-Negotiables

• You have excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
• You're a strong communicator who works well in a collaborative team.
• You can work full-time, onsite in our Cebu IT Park office.

Bonus Points

• You have experience in the education technology (EdTech) sector.
• You're familiar with cloud services like AWS or Azure.
• You have hands-on experience with AI coding assistants or building AI-powered apps.
