Summary:
As a Technology Operations Support Practitioner, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity and governance of systems while adhering to best practices for service delivery. Your typical day will involve developing, deploying, and supporting infrastructures, applications, and technology initiatives, all while collaborating with team members to maintain operational excellence and compliance with established standards.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on technology initiatives.
Monitor system performance and implement necessary adjustments to optimize operations.
Document processes and procedures to ensure knowledge sharing within the team.
Provide training and support to team members and stakeholders as needed.
Job Qualifications:
Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Microsoft Azure Cosmos DB.
Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Database Administration.
Strong understanding of cloud computing principles and practices.
Experience in managing and optimizing database performance.
Familiarity with data security and compliance standards.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
