Key Responsibilities:
- Proven working knowledge of Messaging and Collaboration tools & services (Slack, Trello, MS Planner, Zoom and MS Teams)
- Seasoned IT support agent (L1 or L2) with the operational knowledge & experience of Service Now (5y+)
- Flexibility to operate in US and EMEA time zones
- Ability to collaborate with other IT operational teams and integrate conferencing &messaging solutions with other enterprise systems.
- Document and update support procedures and user guides, including Knowledge Articles (KBAs)
- Must have > excellent command of an English language
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in conferencing support or a similar role.
- Proficiency in using and supporting various conferencing and messaging platforms such as Slack, Trello, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and OneDrive/SharePoint online, Email support.
- Extensive knowledge of Service Now and the Incident Management module
- Considerable years of experience in supporting and managing collaboration systems
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve technical issues promptly.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
