Qualifications & Experience
- 1 year and up of experience in category supervision, merchandising, or retail operations in consumer electronics.
- Strong understanding of sales forecasting, inventory planning, and retail analytics.
- Experience in working with suppliers, vendors, and negotiating product deals.
- Ability to analyze market trends, sales data, and pricing strategies.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work across multiple teams.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and retail management software.
- Highly adaptable, able to work in diverse workplace settings and engage at all levels.
- Willing to work onsite in Taguig, Monday to Friday.
- We are looking for a Category Supervisor to oversee the performance of consumer electronics retail products, ensuring sales growth, profitability, and market competitiveness. This role involves product selection, pricing strategies, inventory management, sales performance analysis, and promotional planning. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and can collaborate effectively with suppliers, sales teams, marketing, and store operations to drive category success.
