In this role, you'll ensure the right products are delivered at the right time to meet customer demand, enhance the shopping experience, and maximize profitability. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute seasonal product assortments aligned with brand identity and sales targets
- Forecast demand and manage the full inventory lifecycle from product launch to markdown
- Analyze sales performance to guide future buying and merchandising strategies
- Collaborate with retail and online teams to elevate visual merchandising and storytelling
- Coordinate with global and regional teams on product availability, delivery schedules, and launch timelines
- 3+ years of experience in merchandising, planning, or buying ideally within sportswear, eyewear, or premium lifestyle brands
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail, with the ability to spot trends and consumer insights
- Proficient in Excel and inventory management platforms
- Ability to combine creativity with business acumen to drive results
- Interest in performance gear, active lifestyles, or endurance sports is a plus
