Job Summary:
We are seeking a licensed and experienced Mental Health Physician to join our team as a teleconsultation retainer doctor. The ideal candidate will provide mental health tele-consultations to members.Details:
- Work Setup: Teleconsultation (Remote)
- Company Location: Ortigas Avenue, Pasig City (for reference only; role is fully remote)
- Schedule: Monday to Friday (preferably 6-8 hours a week)
- Rate: PHP 600/consult (45 mins to 1 hour)
- Note: Rates will vary for board-certified psychiatrist
- Contract Term: 1-year engagement (open to negotiations)
- Provide confidential virtual consultations and mental health assessments for members.
- Deliver brief interventions or first-line support for stress, anxiety, and other common psychological concerns.
- Refer cases requiring specialized psychiatric care or long-term therapy to appropriate professionals.
- Collaborate with the company on digital wellness initiatives, including virtual mental health programs and campaigns.
- Maintain accurate and secure electronic health records in line with privacy and ethical standards.
- Clinical psychologist or PRC licensed medical doctor preferably with training in mental health and counseling
- Prior experience with telemedicine or digital consultations
- Excellent communication, empathy, and clinical judgment
- Passion for promoting mental health and leveraging technology for accessible care
