- Managing Membership Records
- Cleaning up duplicate records in Nationbuilder (our CRM)
- Cancelling or pausing membership as directed
- Contacting lapsing and expiring members for renewal (via email)
- Exporting new, lapsing, and expiring members
- Providing via email to state division representatives
- Setting up and scheduling emails to the database as required
- Attend meetings outside of normal business hours (1 - 2 every fortnight, 2 hours max)
- Liase directly, via email, with clients
Preferred Skills/expertise
- 1 year minimum experience in Data Administration or similar
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent written English
