We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Medical Scribing Specialist to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will be responsible for live scribing made by healthcare professionals into accurate written documents. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and accurate documentation of patient records, treatment plans, and medical reports.

- Live Scribing: Document patient visits in real-time via Zoom, recording medical histories, exam findings, and treatment plans while conversing with the provider.
- Chart Preparation: Prepare charts for upcoming patients, ensuring that all necessary records and test results are available.
- Workflow Support: Assist the doctor by indicating which room to visit next, displaying relevant medical data (e.g., OCT scans, visual fields), and providing requested information verbally as needed.
- Medication Refills: Draft and manage medication refills, ensuring that dosage and frequency are accurate.
- Multitasking: Manage scribing, information requests, and chart updates in a fast-paced clinic environment, while staying attentive to pending alerts.

Qualifications:
- Strong background as a medical scribing specialist.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.
- Proficiency in scribing software and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent listening, typing, and grammar skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
