As a Medical Sales Specialist at B. Braun you will play a vital role in promoting and selling medical products or services to healthcare professionals, institutions, and distributors. This role requires a deep understanding of medical products, effective sales strategies, and the ability to build lasting relationships to drive business growth.

As a Medical Sales Specialist at B. Braun you will play a vital role in promoting and selling medical products or services to healthcare professionals, institutions, and distributors. This role requires a deep understanding of medical products, effective sales strategies, and the ability to build lasting relationships to drive business growth.
Your key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a territory business plan to achieve and exceed sales targets for medical products and services.
- Identify and prioritize prospective customers such as hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and distributors.
- Conduct regular sales visits, presentations, and product demonstrations to healthcare professionals.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to close sales agreements within company guidelines.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and purchasing decision-makers.
- Provide personalized solutions and technical support based on customer needs and requirements.
- Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities to identify industry trends and emerging opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan promotional activities, share insights, and support product innovation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in medical devices / healthcare sales.
- Preferably having technical background (Sales engineer) or familiar with equipment.
