Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree graduate of any 4 year course or allied medical course.
  • Has relevant field sales work experience from the pharmaceutical, real estate, automotive,

healthcare, insurance, banking/financial industries, among others.

  • Sales background from the medical device/equipment industry is an advantage but nor preferred.
  • Good selling and presentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Willing to travel

Job Description

Medical Sales Executive (MSE) is responsible for selling medical products, equipment, and services to

hospitals, clinics, doctors, and end users. He/she is responsible for communicating the benefits of a

company’s products in order to drive sales. MSE serve as the point of contact between a business and its

prospects or clients and have a range of responsibilities including identifying and educating prospective

customers while supporting existing clients with information and assistance that relates to products and services.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Identifying potential clients and organizing sales coverage and visits
  • Present, promote and selling medical products, equipment, and services to medical facilities, and

healthcare professionals.

  • Conduct product presentation and demonstrating how medical products and equipment work to

doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professional and end users.

  • Constantly maintaining and building relationships with clients and healthcare institutions.
  • Maintaining detailed knowledge about the healthcare industry, competitors, and products.
  • Meeting sales targets set by the company and aim to exceed them.
  • Attending trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings to promote products and services.
  • Providing after-sales service, including responding to product queries and complaints.
  • Keeping detailed records of all contacts and meeting outcomes.
  • Working closely with medical teams and sales teams to develop customized solutions.
  • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
