Responsibilities
Qualifications:
- Patient Check-in and Check-out: Greet patients warmly, verify insurance information, collect co-payments, and schedule appointments.
- Administrative Tasks: Manage patient records, answer phone calls, and handle correspondence.
- Clinical Support: Assist medical staff as needed, prepare exam rooms, and ensure a clean and organized workspace.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing patient inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
