We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Medical Payment Posting Analyst to manage and process medical payment transactions with precision. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of healthcare billing systems, insurance processes, and payment reconciliation to ensure accurate financial records and optimize revenue cycle management.

What You'll Do
Process and post insurance payments and patient payments accurately
Reconcile payment discrepancies and resolve billing issues
Review and analyze EOBs (Explanation of Benefits) and ERAs
Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding claims
Maintain detailed records of payment transactions and adjustments
Collaborate with billing and collections teams for seamless operations

What You'll Do
Process and post insurance payments and patient payments accurately

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in remittance posting or payment posting, preferably in healthcare
- Familiarity with remittance advice formats such as EOBs (Explanation of Benefits) and ERAs (Electronic Remittance Advices)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and transaction processing
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks and deadline
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing issues
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
