Job Title: Compliance Manager
Remote VA PH is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Compliance Manager to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance in monitoring patient blood pressure, managing records, and coordinating care. This role requires proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Teams, and other basic software, as well as experience using Practice Fusion EMR.
Work Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 9am - 5pm/9am - 6pm EST (to make up for Friday adding extra hour daily ) Friday, 9am - 2 pm EST

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and ensure compliance with blood pressure assessment protocols and regulatory guidelines
- Maintain and analyze patient data related to blood pressure compliance using Excel
- Utilize Practice Fusion EMR to update and manage patient records
- Work collaboratively with medical staff via Microsoft Teams and other communication platforms
- Develop and implement compliance procedures to improve adherence to blood pressure monitoring guidelines
- Prepare compliance reports and track progress on regulatory requirements
- Experience in healthcare compliance, medical records management, or a related field
- Proficiency in Excel (data entry, reporting, analysis) and Microsoft Teams
- Familiarity with Practice Fusion EMR or similar electronic medical record (EMR) systems
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Background in healthcare administration, medical compliance, or quality assurance
- Knowledge of blood pressure monitoring standards and medical regulations
