JOB SUMMARY

• To provide and present special reports with analysis to various MediCard accounts
• To provide and present special reports with analysis to various departments in the company
• To provide other types of reports based on the utilization of an account as specified by the concerned department.
• To validate the accuracy of data in the SAS database/Power BI/other platforms
• To validate the accuracy of special reports generated by SAS/Power BI/other platforms
• Handles customer requests and concerns especially if medical related
• Provides innovations for the improvement of processes

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Prepares utilization analysis reports and presents to accounts
2. Analyses data requested by other departments
3. Gives recommendations on the utilization of accounts
4. Analyses the utilization of the accounts for utilization management
5. Collaborates with the IT department on data and system issues
6. Assists in the concerns and feedbacks of the internal and external customers.

7. Resolves issues within the department and looks for solutions.

8. Comes up with processes and strategies for the improvement of the department operations.

9. Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.


QUALIFICATIONS AND GUIDELINES

• Education: Graduate of Medicine, preferably with statistical analysis background (optional). Preferably with SAS training (optional)
• Experience: Preferably with experience working with MEDICard or any HMO
• Other Skills: Above average communication skills and English speaking. Organized with keen attention to details. Possesses a highly analytical aptitude and a critical thinker. Knows how to use Excel and Power Point
