Partnering with Filta, we’re looking for a Media Sales Coordinator to join their high-performing digital operations team and help drive success across campaigns.

What You’ll Be Doing
As the Media Sales Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in helping the sales team deliver outstanding results for clients. You’ll bring together your coordination, organization, and creative skills to ensure smooth campaign execution and excellent client service.
● Supporting the sales team with accurate and timely administrative and coordination tasks.
● Creating engaging client proposals and post-campaign reports that showcase results and impact.
● Designing eye-catching digital display ads using Microsoft PowerPoint and other tools.
● Managing radio schedule bookings through the Drive system and coordinating Partner Programme schedules.
● Keeping sales collateral organized and up to date.
● Maintaining accurate advertising records through CRM and other systems.
● Actively contributing ideas to improve processes and ensure client satisfaction.
What You’ll Bring
- 1+ year experience in digital coordination, ad operations, or media support
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
- Clear written and spoken English communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a remote, deadline-driven environment
- Collaborative spirit and a willingness to learn
Good-to-Haves
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint with an eye for design and creativity is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and relevant software tools.
