Job Responsibilities
Experienced in maintaining in HVAC and Electrical System such as:
- Air-Conditioning System (Centralized Chillers, Cooling Towers and Pumps)
- Motor Controls Center (MCC)
- Refrigeration System, air handling units and fan coil units
- Electrical System
- Pumps (potable and non-potable), fans and blowers
- Boilers
- Sewage Treatment Plant and Waste Water System
- Kitchen and Laundry Equipment
- Performs other related tasks.
- Well-experienced for mechanical engineering works; repair and maintenance.
- With flexible attitude that can assist in other work trade, plumbing, electrical system, etc.
- Vocational course in Industrial Electricity or Mechanical Technology.
- Preferably with NCII certificate for Industrial/Building Electrician or NCII certificate for Air-Conditioning and Refrigeration.
- Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning/Mechanical Technology/Industrial Electricity.
- Three (3) years minimum experience in electro-mechanical works in hotels and resorts, property and facilities maintenance.
