Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor.

Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
Ability to train and mentor junior staff.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
Supervise and coordinate the activities of mechanical workers.
Ensure all mechanical work is completed on time and within budget.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
Inspect work sites and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Coordinate with other trades and contractors.
Manage resources, including materials and equipment.
Provide guidance and support to team members.
Conduct regular site meetings and progress reports.
Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Monitor project timelines and milestones.
Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
Train and mentor junior staff.
Liaise with clients and stakeholders.
Ensure proper maintenance of tools and equipment.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.
Manage project budgets and expenses.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Promote a culture of safety and teamwork.
Work Location: Candidate must be okay to work anywhere in Mindanao and Visayas
Salary: 27k (Open OT) - Same Benefits with the skilled workers. All free Accommodation, Meal and Transpo (Airfare if from Luzon)
