The Mechanical Engineer oversees the design, installation, maintenance, and optimization of mechanical systems and equipment used. This role ensures that all mechanical operations comply with safety and quality standards while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and project mgmt.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Should be a licensed Mechanical Engineer;
- With at least three (3) years of practical expertise in the Engineering Department or has worked as a plant engineer in a manufacturing company;
- Must be knowledgeable of Philippine environmental laws and regulations under the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) as well as Occupational Health and Safety laws;
- Must possess strong documentation skills and initiative;
- Has the ability to analyze problems and propose engineering solutions using data-driven techniques;
- With a strong background in CADD software, electrical devices, and maintenance of machinery; and
- Must possess strong and consistent communication skills.
