You will be the Lead of Mechanical Back-End (MBE) for development and characterization, manage the MBE Engineering Team and support new platform / package / technology, process and material development engineering projects for Ampleon Back-End manufacturing operations in order to realize defined corporate business goals.

  • New Package / Platform / Technology / Process and Materials Introduction (Focus on MBE/EOL Area)
  • SME Mold Process and Knowledgeable/understand Laminate Process (LGA)
  • Handling Discrete (SOT/TO/P-QDFN/OMP) and Module Packages (LGA)
  • Yield, Quality and Cost Improvement Support
  • Project Management (knowledge in PCP or APQP)
  • Factory Technical Support
  • Can handle Automation / Tooling
  • Documentation/ Reporting
