About The Team:
We are seeking a highly motivated intern to join our MCN (Multi-Channel Network) team. The intern will support the team in managing creator/agency partnerships, optimizing live commerce initiatives, and executing day-to-day operational tasks. This role provides exposure to the fast-paced world of e-commerce, influencer marketing, and creator management, offering a hands-on experience in how platforms collaborate with MCNs and creators to drive business growth.

About The Team:

Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating with MCN agencies and creators for campaign execution and confirmation of support
- Help prepare reports, presentations, and recap documents for both internal and external stakeholders
- Monitor real-time campaign/ project performance and keep tracking of post campaign performance evaluation
- Provide administrative, logistical, and operational support to the MCN team (e.g., project progress tracking, meeting notes, database updates, scheduling, onsite assistance).
- Support to help in any other general ad-hoc duties
Minimum Qualification(s):
- Undergraduate student and currently enrolled in a university
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides, Docs)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask
- Interest in e-commerce, digital marketing, or the creator economy
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Proactive to identify potential project blockers and propose solutions
- Open to real-time monitoring of KLS performance for high priority sessions
