The MCD Assistant will be responsible for filing, documentation, and processing of invoices for the company's distribution center/warehouse. They are also tasked with the ff.:
- Assist in receiving, recording, safekeeping, and issuance of materials/supplies from the suppliers to the Malls.
- Handles invoicing for suppliers and courier billings.
- Process “goods receipt” in SAP for materials and supplies received at the Cainta Distribution Center.
- Must have a Bachelor’s/College degree.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in warehousing or logistics.
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel, Word, and SAP.
- Attention to detail and excellent documentation skills.
- Willing to be assigned in Robinsons Cainta (RMalls Distribution Center)
