- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong logical reasoning and high IQ
- Must have completed 3–6 months of relevant internship or training
- Exposure to modern AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva, CRM systems)
- Possess certifications in relevant fields (digital marketing, data science, communication, sales, etc.)
- High ethical standards and self-discipline
- Responsibilities:
- Support real-time business and technology projects with cross-functional teams
- Perform market research, trend analysis, and campaign tracking
- Create digital and written content aligned with communication and marketing goals
- Collaborate on sales initiatives, lead gen, and customer engagement strategies
- Leverage AI tools to improve processes and enhance productivity
- Report outcomes and learnings to mentors through structured updates
- Hands-on experience in a high-growth AI-powered HR Tech environment
